Bullish Bullpen - The K-Tribe relievers have kept Kinston in the hunt this season. The bullpen has given up only four earned runs in 33 2/3 innings of relief for a 1.07 ERA. Of those four earned runs, three came from Travis Turek in one relief appearance. The K-Tribes starters' ERA is 2.17, with six of those 13 runs coming from one starter (Kelvin De La Cruz). De La Cruz and Turek have giving up nine of the 13 earned runs for the K-Tribe this season.
Protecting Your Inheritance - The K-Tribe pen has not allowed an inherited runner to score this season (seven runners on the year).
