
Korczak Makes NHL Debut

Kelowna Rocket alum Kaedan Korczak made his NHL debut with the Vegas Golden Knights on Tuesday night, becoming the 66th Rocket to play in the NHL.
Korczak, 21, registered a +1 plus/minus rating in the contest against the Buffalo Sabres.
The 6'3, 202-pound defenceman has posted two points (1G, 1A), eight penalty minutes and an even plus-minus rating through 13 games this season with the Henderson Silver Knights of the AHL.
The Yorkton, SK product was selected in the second round (No. 41) by the Golden Knights out of Kelowna in the 2019 NHL Draft.
Drafted 11th overall by the Rockets in the 2016 WHL Draft, Korczak appeared in 215 regular-season games for Kelowna between 2017 and 2021, posting 107 points (21, 86), 158 penalty minutes and a +7 plus/minus rating.
Korczak is the third former Rocket to make his debut this season, Lassi Thomson and Lucas Johansen are the others.
