RICHMOND, VA - Two assists from Colin Chaulk and solid netminding from Kevin St. Pierre led the Fort Wayne Komets over the Richmond RiverDogs by a score of 3-1 in front of 3,428 at the Richmond Coliseum. The RiverDogs lone tally came shorthanded early in the second period from Mike Oliveira, his team leading 10th goal of the season. Dan Vandermeer got the loan assist. Mike D'Alessandro was in nets for Richmond as he stopped 35 of 38 shots.

The RiverDogs conclude the weekend tomorrow as the team face Elmira at 4:05 pm. The game will be Richmond Times-Dispatch Family 4 Pack Night and Fox Post-Game Skate With The RiverDogs.
