
Knights sign 2004 draft picks

LONDON, ONTARIO: London Knights General Manager Mark Hunter today announced that the team has signed 2004 1st Round Draft Pick Steve Ferry and 3rd Round Pick Harrison Reed to Ontario Hockey League Contracts with the Hockey Team. Ferry, 16 was the London Knights 1st Pick ( 20th Overall ) at the 2004 Ontario Hockey League that was held over the internet on May 1, 2004. Reed, 16 was the Knights 3rd Round Pick at the 2004 Ontario Hockey League Draft.
Ferry is a native of Richmond Hill, Ontario and is 5'11" and 175 pounds. He is a graduate of the Richmond Hill Stars Minor Midget AAA Program.
Reed, 16 was selected from the very successful OHL Cup Champion York Simcoe Express Minor Midget team that took part in the 2004 Ontario Hockey League Cup in North York, Ontario this past season. Reed stands 6 feet tall and weighs 175 pounds and is a native of Holland Landing, Ontario.
