
Knights Name Tinordi Team Captain

LONDON, ONTARIO: The London Knights Hockey Club announced today that the team has named defenseman Jarred Tinordi as Captain of the 2011-2012 London Knights. Tinordi, 19 is currently in his 2nd season in the Ontario Hockey League and served as Captain of the US National Under-18 Team. A 1st Round Draft Pick (22nd Overall) of the Montreal Canadians, Tinordi takes over from 2010-2011 Team Captain Stephen Sanza.
The London Knights also named defenseman Scott Harrington and winger Jared Knight as Alternate Captains on a full time basis. Additionally, centreman Vladislav Namestnikov will serve as the third Alternate Captain at home and winger Colin Martin will serve as the third Alternate Captain on the road.
