WILMINGTON, DE - The Westchester Knicks, the official NBA G League affiliate of the New York Knicks, defeated the Delaware Blue Coats 113-108 Friday evening at Chase Field House. The victory is Westchester's fifth straight win.

For the Knicks (6-7) MJ Walker (affiliate) and DaQuan Jeffries (Two-Way) led with 22 and 21 respective points. Walker shot 50-percent from three (5-10), his eighth game this season eclipsing 40-percent, and shot 8-14 from the field. Jeffries went 7-14 from the floor, accumulated five rebounds and five assists and raised for three rejections-his blocks marking a season-high. Garrison Brooks (affiliate) attained his 10th double-double this year finishing with 19 points and 14 rebounds including six on the offensive glass. James Akinjo (affiliate) added 12 points and nine assists. Nuni Omot (affiliate) gave a 12-point effort off the bench.

Saben Lee's 26 points led Delaware (5-8). Julian Champagnie concluded with 23 points and 10 rebounds. Michael Foster Jr. had a 22-point, 10-rebound double-double. Sekou Doumbouya's six assists were a team-high.

The Knicks led by a slim one-point margin at the end of the first quarter, 26-25 but trailed by three at halftime 53-50. Walker credited 17 of his points and four of his triples inside the first half. Both teams shot under 44-percent from the floor and under 31-percent from three and endured 10 lead changes and five even scores.

In the third quarter, Delaware led by as many as 15 points but only led by six heading into the fourth, 82-76. It upped its advantage to double-figures twice in the fourth quarter, the last time coming at the 3:54 mark, ahead by 10, 106-96.

The Knicks tacked on nine uninterrupted points over the next two minutes and a go-ahead three from Walker 30 seconds later swapped custody of the lead for the final time, 108-106. Delaware relied on Westchester's fate at the charity stripe and with the Knicks going 5-6 to close out the game left little room for any realistic Blue Coats comeback.
