The Kalamazoo Kings collected 10 hits while beating the Washington Wild Things 3-1. Mat Kent in his debut as interim manager went 3-4 with two doubles. Steve Hindman followed that with two hits on the night while Kevin Wilson collected two RBI's. It was lucky sevens for Denny McGee tonight. He pitched 7 scoreless innings, scattereing 7 hits and striking out 7. He also collected his fourth win of the year. The Kings will be back in action tommorrow night back at Homer Stryker field taking on the Wild Things in the final game of the series. Game time is set for 6:35 p.m.
