Kings Recall Moulson

MANCHESTER, NH/LOS ANGELES, CA - The Los Angeles Kings, the parent club of the Manchester Monarchs, have recalled forward Matt Moulson from the Monarchs, Kings President/General Manager Dean Lombardi announced today.

Moulson, 24, has played in two games with the Kings this season and has one point, a goal in his debut against San Jose on Friday, November 2, and zero penalty minutes. With the Monarchs, he has played in eight games this season and is tied for the team lead with five goals and fourth in points with nine. The 6-foot-1, 210-pound Moulson, who was originally selected by Pittsburgh in the ninth-round (263rd overall) in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft, was signed by the Kings as an unrestricted free agent on September 1, 2006. He is a native of North York, Ontario
