Rangers assign Moore to Wolf Pack

New York, November 7, 2007 -- New York Rangers President and General Manager Glen Sather announced today that forward Greg Moore has been reassigned to the Hartford Wolf Pack of the American Hockey League (AHL).

Moore, 23, did not dress for the Rangers in two games following his recall from Hartford on November 5, 2007. Prior to his recall, Moore registered five goals and five assists for 10 points, along with nine penalty minutes and a plus-seven rating in 11 AHL games. The 6-1, 210 pound forward leads the Wolf Pack in scoring (10 points) and plus-minus (plus-seven), is tied for first in goals (five) and ranks second in assists (five).

The Rangers return to action tomorrow, November 8, when they will face off against the Pittsburgh Penguins at Madison Square Garden (7:00 PM). Prior to the game, the team's morning skate is scheduled for 11:30 AM at the MSG Training Center.
