
Kids Eat Smart Club and St. John's Maple Leafs

The St. John's Maple Leafs have announced today that they have joined the Kids Eat Smart Club Webcast scheduled for this Monday, October 21st at Mary Queen of the World. "The Maple Leafs are privileged to be a part of such an important issue in the lives of our youth", said Chris Schwartz, Sr. Manager of Hockey Operations for the Maple Leafs. Three Maple Leafs players will join Newfoundland's own Ennis Sisters in discussing the importance of nutrition and what they like to eat.
The event will take place this Monday, October 21st at Mary Queen of the World School. The live webcast will start 1:15PM and those interested in participating can log onto http://www.stemnet.nf.ca/kes/webcast.
