FREDERICK, MD -The Frederick Keys and Potomac Nationals were postponed due to inclement weather on Thursday evening for the second time in three days at Nymeo Field.
Thursday night's contest will be moved to Saturday, August 31 as part of a doubleheader starting at 4:00pm. Fans with tickets to Thursday's game can redeem their tickets from tonight's game for any remaining 2019 regular season home game. Fans must make their ticket exchanges at the box office. Those with tickets to Saturday night's game will receive admission to both games.
The Keys hit the road for a final seven-game road trip with stops in Fayetteville and Kinston, NC. The Keys take on the Woodpeckers for a three-game series starting on Friday night, with first pitch scheduled for 7:00pm. Pregame coverage begins at 6:45pm on frederickkeys.com and the TuneIn app.
The Keys return to Frederick for a penultimate homestand on Friday, August 30 to take on the Potomac Nationals in a five-game series. Promotional nights include Art in the Park with a jersey auction and postgame fireworks presented by Mattress Warehouse on Friday evening and Wrestling Night featuring Jake "The Snake" Roberts on Saturday night. The Frederick Keys are the Advanced-A affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles, and play their home games at Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium. Following the 2018 season, the Keys were named the winner of the Carolina League's Complete Franchise Award. This goes to a team in the league which demonstrates franchise stability and significant contributions to its community and the league.
