
Kevin Martin, Storm For A Day

In advance of his appearance at The National in January, Canadian 2010 Olympic hopeful Kevin Martin (Edmonton, Alta.) will join the Storm on Tuesday, November 17th. Martin will spend an hour with the team speaking with the players before joining them on ice for a couple drills.
In addition to his time with the Storm, Martin will make a series of promotional appearances in the Guelph area on Monday, November 16 and Tuesday, November 17.
The second leg of the men's 2009-10 Capital One Grand Slam of Curling series, The National is scheduled to take place at the Sleeman Centre in Guelph, Ont. from January 6-10, 2010.
The tournament is one of the last major international curling events prior to the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver. Featuring 18 of the world's top foursomes, the field for The National will include several 2010 Olympic Winter Games qualifiers, including Canada's Vancouver 2010 representative.
