PEARL, MS -- RHP Ryan Kelly has been activated from the disabled list and transferred to High-A Lynchburg.
Kelly, 26, began the season on the disabled list at Double-A Mississippi. The South Carolina native spent the 2013 season in the San Diego Padres organization where he combined to go 2-3 with a 4.68 ERA in 51 games between Double-A San Antonio and Triple-A Tucson. Kelly signed with the Braves as a minor league free agent on November 22, 2013.
The Mississippi roster has 25 active players and 4 disabled.
