Kassian Returns To Wildcatters For Second Stint

BEAUMONT, TX-Texas Wildcatters Head Coach and VP of Hockey Operations Malcolm Cameron announced Thursday that right wing Matt Kassian has been re-assigned to the Wildcatters from the Houston Aeros.

Kassian, 21 (10/28/86), was recalled by the Aeros last Sunday after playing the final two games of a six-game road trip with the Wildcatters. The 6-foot-5, 236-pound native of Sherwood Park, Alb., was a second round (No. 57 overall) pick in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft by the Minnesota Wild.

Kassian has one shot and four PIM in two games with the Wildcatters.
