
Kariya, Talbot to Appear at Sully's After Saturday's Game

Peoria, Ill. (February 27, 2008) - Director of Community Relations/Game Operations Lisa Broadhurst announced today that right wing Martin Kariya and rookie center Julian Talbot will appear at Sully's Downtown Pub & Café (on SW Adams street across from the CAT Merchandise store) following the Rivermen game against the Lake Erie Monsters on Saturday, March 1.
Kariya and Talbot will be on hand for autographs and will mingle with patrons, who have the opportunity to take advantage of a "Buy One Entrée, Get One Free" offer prior to the game and/or any remaining Rivermen home game this season.
To take advantage of the special pre-game meal offer, fans may visit the team's Web site at www.rivermen.net and click on the special Sully's slide in the Promotions section, or select the "Sully's Pre-Game Special" option from the FANS menu tab on the home page. On Friday, February 29, U.S. Cellular presents "Lilly" from Disney's Hannah Montana show. "Lilly" (Emily Osment) will appear and sign autographs from 6-8:30 PM with media co-partnership from Comcast, 97.3 RiverCountry and Journal Star's E-Z Pay program. It's also Advance Auto Parts Night for the first 1,000 fans, as the team will face off against the Grand Rapids Griffins at 7:00 PM.
