Kamloops Blazers Announce 2021-22 Season Schedule

Kamloops, BC - The Kamloops Blazers 68-game season schedule has been released for the 2021-22 regular season.

The Blazers will play 48 games within the B.C. Division with six games at home and six games away against their four division rivals. The hockey club will play the remaining 20 games against the U.S. Division, playing each team twice at home and twice away.

The Blazers will play 23 of their 34 home games on Friday and Saturday nights including 12 on Fridays and 11 on Saturdays.

The hockey club will start the season with a game in Prince George on Saturday, October 2nd and will host their home opener on Saturday, October 9th against Prince George.

Here are a few schedule notes:

- The Blazers will play 48 of their 68 games against their B.C. Division opponents, including 12 games against each division rival.

- The longest road stretch will be five games between November 20th and December 3rd

- The longest home stretch will be four games between January 22nd and January 29th

- The Blazers will host an afternoon game on Monday, February 21st, 2022 which is the annual B.C. Family Day holiday

- A breakdown of home games includes 2 on Monday, 2 on Tuesday, 7 on Wednesday, 12 on Friday and 11 on Saturday
