The K-Wings will host the Cincinnati Cyclones at Wings Stadium this Saturday, January 10th at 7:30 p.m. on Kids Paint the Ice Night, presented by the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts. Over 200 kids from the KIA and K-Wings Kidz Club painted the ice last Saturday afternoon. Known for their colored ice games, which includes the "World Famous" St. Patrick's Day Green Ice, Pink Ice, Bell's Blue Ice and Orange Ice Games, the K-Wings are proud to create another opportunity for the community to come together. Instead of featuring one paint color, the children will be able to create multi-colored artistic work on the same ice the K-Wings and Cyclones will be playing on. The K-Wings are 2-3-0-0 against the Cyclones, who begin the week in third place (14-12-0-4, 32 points) in the North Division.
