After the Hawks strike first 1-0, in the bottom of the sixth, Ricardo Genoves hits a double over the head of the right fielder that scores Hunter Bishop and ties the game at 1.
In the bottom of the seventh inning, Tyler Fitzgerald hits a single to right field, scoring Simon Whiteman , giving the Volcanoes the lead 2-1 over the Boise Hawks.
Jesus Ozoria threw 5 innings for the Volcanoes, allowing 4 hits, a run, a walk and struck out 4 in the no-decision.
The Volcanoes, now 22-12, will play their final home game of the first half of the NWL season tomorrow against the Hawks, who are now 15-19. Alex DuBord will be on the mound against the Hawks.
The Volcanoes get their 22nd win of the year as they win their fifth straight game at home against the Boise Hawks 2-1.
