Hickory Crawdads News Release
HICKORY, N.C. - Don't miss the Hickory Crawdads Salute to Charlie Sheen during this Thursday's game against the Savannah Sand Gnats for a night full of Adonis DNA, goddesses and, most of all, WINNING! First Pitch is 7 p.m., gates open at 6 p.m.
Thursday's game will be packed full of WINNING as we celebrate/poke fun at the eccentric actor. First of all, any fan with the first name "Charlie" or the last name "Sheen" will get a Buy One, Get One Free ticket deal for Thursday's game. It gets even better, there's more WINNING to be had -- anybody with the full name "Charlie Sheen" will get a FREE ticket to the game!
Don't worry if that doesn't apply to your name, because there are other great ways to WIN during the 'Dads Salute to Charlie Sheen! Wear a bowling shirt like Charlie wears on "Two and a Half Men" and save $1 on each ticket you order at the Ticket Office! Also, in honor of his hit show, the Crawdads are offering a Two and a Half Ticket Deal, allowing fans to order two tickets and get a third for half price!
And there are even rewards for the Crawdads WINNING! Every time an inning ends with the Crawdads in the lead, one lucky fan will be selected at random to WIN 4 FREE tickets to a future game in April or May! Then, if the 'Dads win the game, one WINNING fan will receive a FREE Luxury Suite Rental for any home game before May 19, 2011!
In addition to all the great deals, 'Dads fans will also be treated to trivia and games about Sheen's movie career and recent off-screen antics, among plenty of other Sheen surprises throughout the night!
This Thursday's game will also be Thirsty Thursday with $1 beers and Pepsis, presented by Buffalo Wild Wings, as well as a post-game concert by Banned on Wednesday.
Crawdads Clippings:
This Wednesday, Hickory hosts Savannah for Senior Day and Businessperson's Special! First Pitch is 11 a.m., gates open at 10 a.m. Senior adults receive $5 tickets to the matinee game! Also, bring a business card to the Ticket Office and get a $5 box seat ticket!
