
John Metgod Absent for Visit of LA Galaxy

Colorado Rapids assistant coach, John Metgod, has returned to Holland and will miss this Saturday's home game with the LA Galaxy at Dick's Sporting Goods Park, kick-off 7pm (TICKETS).
The 56-year-old is anxious to be with his family ahead of the birth of his first grandchild.
Metgod, a former Dutch international who also played for Real Madrid, Feyenoord, Tottenham and Nottingham Forest, joined the Rapids coaching staff during the offseason.
Pablo Mastroeni will be joined on the Rapids bench by assistant coaches Steve Cooke and Chris Sharpe.
