Jaxx make moves

(Jackson, TN) May 5th- The West Tenn Diamond Jaxx have made a couple roster moves prior to the start of tonight's Southern League game between the Diamond Jaxx and the Mississippi Braves. RHP Chris Jakubauskas has been promoted to Triple-A Tacoma. In six starts with the Diamond Jaxx, Jakubauskas went 3-0 with a 0.83 ERA. In 32 2/3 innings of work, Jakubauskas allowed four runs (three earned) on twenty-five hits with seven walks and twenty four strikeouts. He leaves the Southern League with the second lowest ERA in the league. To keep the roster at twenty-four, the Diamond Jaxx receive RHP Dennis Stark from extended spring training.
