
Jamestown Jammers to Hold 12th Annual Youth Clinic Saturday

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. - The Jamestown Jammers will hold the team's 12th annual youth clinic Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Russell E. Diethrick Jr. Park.
The clinic is free of charge and open to boys and girls between the ages of six and 12.
Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., and the ï¬Ârst 150 children will receive a complimentary t-shirt. A hot dog lunch and tickets to Saturday's game against the Mahoning Valley Scrappers will also be provided.
Kids are asked to bring their gloves to the park, and Jamestown manager David Berg will run the clinic with assistance from pitching coach Blake McGinley, hitting coach Angel Espada, bench coach Rigoberto Silverio and several current players.
The clinic is being sponsored by The Post-Journal, Smith's Hot Dogs, Tops, Jamestown Old Timers Baseball, CCIDA, VALU Home Centers, Cummins, Bush Industries and Rodgers Land Surveying.
