December 21, 2012 - NBA G League (G League)
Bakersfield Jam News Release

BAKERSFIELD, December 20, 2012 - The Bakersfield Jam (8-4) defeated the Idaho Stampede (1-9) for the second straight night by a final score of 107-87. Jerel McNeal, one of five Jam players in double digit scoring, led the Jam with 18 points, six rebounds, three steals and two assists.

Idaho scored the first point of the game but that would be the only lead Idaho saw all night as Bakersfield then went on a 12-0 run (12-1 lead) and never looked back. The Jam extended their lead to as many as 31 points in the second half and cruised their way to a victory Thursday night at the Dignity Health Event Center.

Renaldo Major and Isma'il Muhammad scored 15 points each while Stephen Dennis and James Nunnally both scored 13 points off the bench.

Coby Karl led the Stampede with 18 points while Seth Tarver led the reserves with 15 points and six rebounds. Justin Harper contributed 13 points and seven rebounds on the night.

Bakersfield will next go on the road and battle the Santa Cruz Warriors this Sunday, December 23 at 5pm PT.
