Selby Leads Bighorns Past Torors

Austin, TX, Dec. 21, 2012 - Memphis Grizzlies' assignee, Josh Selby, had a game-high 23 points to lead the Reno Bighorns (3-6) past the Austin Toros (6-4).

The Bighorns, who trailed most the game, fought back in the fourth quarter and trailed by just one with 10 seconds left. Selby hit two free throws to ice the game. He also dished out eight assists and grabbed six rebounds.

The win snapped the Bighorns four-game losing streak, and also was their first road win. Marcus Landry added 22 points. The Bighorns had four other players in double digits, Kevin Murphy (13), Darnell Jackson (13), Jerome Jordan (12), and Antoine Wright (10).

Justin Dentmon led the Toros with 20 points. San Antonio Spurs assignee Cory Joseph had 17 points.

The Bighorns travel to Boise next weekend to for a two-game set against the Idaho Stampede. Reno will return home on January 4th against the Sioux Falls Skyforce. Season tickets and group tickets are on sale today. For more information, fans can call 775-853-8220.
