Jacksonville Suns Partner with Pointstreak 5050

JACKSONVILLE, FL - On April 19th the Jacksonville Suns will introduce an exciting addition for all their fans as they will debut the Pointstreak 5050 raffling platform at all home games. Chris Peters, General Manager of the Jacksonville Suns stated, " We are excited to be partnering with Pointstreak 5050 this season to bring their cutting-edge automated raffling system to our guests ."

In joining Pointstreak 5050 the Suns will also partner with ALS Association Florida Chapter and the Duval Family of Dealers to raise money to help find a cure for ALS. The Duval Family of Dealers is awarding one winner at the end of the 2014 season a three year lease on a 2014 Honda Civic, to have a chance to win the Honda Civic fans must purchase a 50/50 raffle ticket. Peter Bragan Jr, Suns President & Owner stated, "I've always had a soft spot for ALS-Lou Gehrig's Disease and I'm really optimistic we will raise the association a lot of money. Having the Duval Family of Dealers put up a three year lease on a Honda Civic will be a great boost to sales."

The Suns have partnered with Pointstreak 5050, a leader in electronic raffle management systems, to bring this raffle technology to Bragan Field. The Pointstreak 5050 system electronically captures every transaction while providing updated real-time raffle information to display devices located throughout the venue. Tickets are sold to fans through fixed touch-screen terminals and mobile devices, creating an effortless data collection system providing faster sales transaction, longer selling periods and accountability.
