Elmira Jackals News Release

The Elmira Jackals announced Monday that they have received right winger Keegan Dansereau on assignment from their AHL affiliate, the Binghamton Senators. In another transaction, the Jackals released forward Rusty Masters from his amateur tryout agreement.

With the Jackals this season, Dansereau has 13 goals and 10 assists in 24 games. He recorded his first professional hat trick on Jan. 31 against the Toledo Walleye.

Dansereau has recorded four goals and three assists with the B-Sens this season.

Masters skated in one game with the Jackals and did not record a point.

The Jackals host the Reading Royals on Wednesday night at 7:05 p.m. If the Jackals win in regulation, they clinch the East Division. It's the Jackals last home game of the season and its Fan Appreciation Night at First Arena, with the festivities including a car giveaway.
