
Jackals Add One, Release Two

Elmira Jackals News Release
The Elmira Jackals announced Saturday that they have added forward Andrew Sweetland to their training camp roster and have released forward Chris Auger and defenseman Chris McLean.
Sweetland had been signed by the Jackals in the offseason and attended training camp with Elmira's AHL affiliate, the Binghamton Senators.
The Bonavista, Newfoundland native spent all of 2009-2010 with the AHL's Rochester Americans.
Sweetland played for Jackals head coach Malcolm Cameron in 2008-2009 with Florida, scoring 23 points in 23 games on the Everblades' Brabham Cup-winning team.
