Odessa Jackalopes News Release
(Odessa, TX) - The Odessa Jackalopes are currently on a seven-game winning streak and hold a nine point advantage for first place in the CHL's Southern Conference with three games upcoming this week.

Season record: 23-4-3
Tuesday vs. Allen, 5-1 Win
Three second period goals, including a shorthanded marker by Mike Ramsay, put Odessa ahead of Allen for good as the Jackalopes swept their three-game set against the Americans.
Saturday vs. Arizona, 6-5 Win
The Jackalopes opened up a 6-3 lead with four second period goals and held on for the win despite a hat trick by Arizona's Konrad Reeder. Odessa's Dominic Leveille recorded the 100th goal, 200th assist, and 300th point of his pro career with two goals and an assist in the game.
Sunday vs. Arizona, 4-3 Win
Mike Ramsay netted the game-winner late in the third period, while Joel Martin stopped 33 shots for his 13th win of the season. Ramsay finished with two goals in the game, scoring on a breakaway in the first period also.

Thursday vs. Texas, 7:05 PM
It's the third meeting of the season between Odessa and Texas. The teams have split the first two, with the road team winning both games. Texas has quietly moved into third place in the South, just four back of second place Allen.
Friday vs. Amarillo, 7:05 PM
The Jacks and Gorillas face off for the seventh time this season. Odessa is 5-1-0 against Amarillo this season. Three of the games have been decided by one goal, one in a shootout and one in overtime.
Saturday vs. Corpus Christi, 7:05 PM
Odessa faces the IceRays for the fourth time this season, but the first time since November 5th. Odessa is 3-0-0 against Corpus Christi this season, with all three games being decided by just a goal. Two of their meetings were decided in a shootout.
The Odessa Jackalopes are the Central Hockey League affiliate for the NHL's New York Islanders and the AHL's Bridgeport Sound Tigers.
