Kane County Cougars News Release
Kane County Cougars Field Manager Dave Joppie and wife Jennifer welcomed son Casey Ray Joppie into their family this afternoon at 12:44 p.m. The future Cougar weighed in at 8 lbs and 9 oz and stretched 20 ½ inches. Mommy, daddy and baby are doing great!
Dave has gone home for the time being in order to be with his family; Hitting Coach Aaron Nieckula will be stepping in to handle Joppie's managerial responsibilities until he returns.
