Toeing the Rubber: Isotopes starter Jeff Hoffman took the loss, allowing four runs on six hits over 3.2 innings. The right-hander struck out three and walked four ... Three Isotopes pitchers made their Triple-A debuts on Thursday. Matt Pierpont tossed 1.1 scoreless innings, Mitch Horacek allowed four runs in 1.0 frame and Justin Lawrence yielded a run in his inning of work.
At the Dish: Reigning PCL MVP Josh Fuentes led the way at the plate for Albuquerque, finishing the night 2-for-3 with a walk, double, home run and two RBI ... Roberto Ramos, nicknamed the "Mariachi Masher," connected on a two-run home run in his Triple-A debut ... Yonathan Daza finished the night 1-for-4 while Sam Hilliard went 0-for-5 in their Triple-A debuts.
Topes Tidbits: The Isotopes were 0-for-5 with runners in scoring position ... The Isotopes and Bees combined for five wild pitches and two passed balls on the evening ... The top three hitters in the Bees lineup went a combined 7-for-15.
