The IronPigs (53-41) will play the finale of a four-game against the second-place Norfolk Tides (49-46) at Harbor Park... With an 8-3 loss last night, the Pigs dropped to 1-2 on this eight-game, South Division road trip. Despite going just 3-6 in their last nine games, the Pigs have gone 22-15 in their last 37 contests to go from 4.5-games out to 2.0-games up in the North... The Tides -- Baltimore's top affiliate -- have now won nine of their last 12 affairs. In fact, since starting 21-31 and 10.5 GB in the South Division, the Tides have gone an impressive 28-15 since May 30.
LHP Tom Cochran (5-2, 3.82) will start for LHV against LHP Brian Matusz (1-0, 0.00).
First-pitch tonight is 6:15 p.m... Next up is a series in Durham.
