The IronPigs (46-34) play Game One of a three-game series against the second-place Pawtucket Red Sox (46-36) at Coca-Cola Park... With a 6-5 win in 10 innings last night, the Pigs won back-to-back games to take the four-game, home series against Rochester, 3-1. The Pigs have gone 15-8 in their last 23 games to erase a 4.5-game deficit and take over sole possession of first place in the North Division... The Red Sox -- Boston's top affiliate -- lost to Charlotte last night, 5-2, to drop a four-game series to the Knights, 3-1, and finish just 1-7 on an eight-game homestand. The Sox have now lost 11 of their last 12 games (including a nine-game losing streak June 18-26) since reaching their high-water mark of 45-25 on June 17.

LHP Pat Misch (5-9, 4.24) will start for LHV against RHP Justin Germano (8-4, 2.60).

First-Pitch is at 6:35 p.m... Tomorrow will be a Day-Night Doubleheader (12:05 pm/6:35 pm) at Coca-Cola Park... A separate ticket is needed for each game.

With the 6-5 win and PAW's 5-2 loss, LHV is back in sole possession of first place in the North for the first time since 4/19. The Pigs had held sole possessions for 9 days earlier this season -- including 8 straight from 4/12-4/19. They've now spent now 25 days with at least a share for the North Division lead this season, snapping a 66-day drought from 4/22-6/25.

* In 2011, LHV held at least a share of first for 88 straight days (5/16-8/10), including 83 days in sole possession (82 straight, 5/17-8/6).
