HAN SOLO SHOT: Danny Valencia's solo blast to lead off the 2nd was the Red Wings' first home run in 7 games...it was the team's first since Valencia's 8th-inning solo homer June 23 vs. Charlotte (White Sox)...he is tied with Matt Carson and Clete Thomas for the team lead with 6.
R(EDWINGS)2-D(ANNY)2: Danny Valencia homered twice for his 4th multi-homer game of his pro career, his 2nd of the season...he also hit 2 homers June 23 vs. Charlotte...the multi-homer game was the 4th for the Red Wings, who also got 2-homer efforts from Michael Hollimon May 29 at Charlotte and Matt Carson June 17 at Louisville (Reds).
