Lehigh Valley IronPigs News Release

The IronPigs (25-18) play Game Three of a four-game series against the last-place Louisville Bats (15-30) at Coca-Cola Park... With a 7-3 loss yesterday, the Pigs have now lost back-to-back home games for the first time this season following their five-game winning streak. Still, the Pigs have won five of their last seven games and are 8-3 in their last 11 contests. Lehigh Valley is now 4-2 on this eight-game, West Division homestand... The Bats -- Cincinnati's top affiliate -- have won back-to-back times for just the fourth time this season (last time was April 27-28). Tonight, they try to win three straight contests for the first time this season and for the first time since a five-game winning streak August 14-18, 2011). Still just 6-16 in their last 22 contests, the Bats own the fifth-worst record in MiLB (Rome, 9-32; West Virginia, 13-30; Stockton, 13-30; Tucson, 14-29).

RHP Scott Elarton (5-1, 2.06) will start for LHV against RHP Chad Reineke (1-3, 4.12)... With a win, Elarton will tie the LHV record for consecutive starts won (5; Drew Carpenter, 2009).

Tonight is Team Picture/Autograph Night, presented by People First Federal Credit Union. First-Pitch is at 7:05 p.m.
