The second-place IronPigs (75-60) play the finale of a four-game series against the West's (tied for) second-place Louisville Bats (70-65). With a 7-4 loss last night, the Pigs have dumped two straight games and have fallen to 4-5 on this 10-game road trip. Lehigh Valley has dropped three of its last five games and remains just 33-36 since June 16 -- when they led the North by 5.0 games... The Bats -- Cincinnati's top affiliate -- have won nine of their last 13 affairs. However, once 41-30, the Bats have gone just 29-35 since June 20. Louisville is still alive in the Wild Card race, but needs to pass three teams...

LHP Ryan Edell (5-5, 3.62) will start for LHV against 2008 N.L.All-Star RHP Edinson Volquez (3-2, 2.42).

First-Pitch is at 6:05 p.m... Note: Tomorrow's game has been moved back to 7:05 p.m.

The Pigs postseason Magic No. is 8 (which would clinch at least a Wild Card tie -- a one-game playoff @ CCP)
