IronPigs Continue Series with Bulls

The Lehigh Valley IronPigs will continue their series with the Durham Bulls on Saturday night at Durham Bulls Athletic Park. First pitch is slated for 6:35 p.m.

LHP Anthony Vasquez (0-0, 6.10) gets the ball for manager Dave Brundage's squad on Saturday night. Vasquez got a no-decision on Monday at Norfolk when he gave up three runs on seven hits to go along with a walk and three strikeouts in 6.0 IP. The southpaw was 7-3 with a 3.28 ERA in 12 GS for Double-A Reading this season.

LHP Justin Marks (2-5, 4.22) will be on the bump for Durham opposite Vasquez in the middle game of this three-game set. Marks allowed two runs on five hits while fanning four over 6.1 IP in a no-decision on Monday at Charlotte. This season, the Louisville product has held lefties to a .203 average (12-59).

After tossing a scoreless inning on Friday night, IronPigs RHP Luis Garcia has gone 5-0 with a 1.25 ERA in his last 17 appearances dating back to May 10. In that time, Garcia has fanned 22 while allowing just three earned runs in 21.2 IP.
