AUGUSTA, Ga. (July 6, 2015) - Monday night's game between the Kannapolis Intimidators and Augusta GreenJackets has been postponed due to rain and unplayable field conditions at Lake Olmstead Stadium. The teams will make up the game as part of a doubleheader on Tuesday with two 7-inning games beginning at 12:05 p.m.
Kannapolis continues this season-long nine-game road trip Tuesday with RHP Spencer Adams (4-4, 3.90 ERA) slated to take the mound in Game 1 of the doubleheader against Augusta's RHP Sam Coonrod (5-2, 2.63 ERA). Intimidators RHP Yelmison Peralta (2-7, 6.79 ERA) will toe the rubber against Augusta's LHP D.J. Snelten (1-2, 3.42 ERA) in Game 2. The Intimidators return home on Tuesday, July 14, for a seven-game home stand against Hagerstown and Lakewood.
