THE WEEK THAT WILL BE:

Tuesday, November 7th Inferno vs. Augusta Lynx 7:05pm Carolina Coliseum

The Inferno is 1-0-0-1 against the Lynx this season and will host Augusta for the second time this year. Augusta is currently in seventh place with six points (3-3-0-0) in the South Division.

Friday, November 10th Inferno @ Florida Everblades 7:30pm Germain Arena

This is the first of 10 games between the Inferno and Everblades. The Everblades are tied for fourth place in the South Division with eight points (4-3-0-0).

Saturday, November 11th Inferno @ Florida Everblades 7:30pm Germain Arena

This is the second of a three game home stand with the Everblades this weekend. Columbia and Florida will meet five times in the month of November.

Friday, November 3rd Texas Wildcatters 5 - Inferno 2

Despite the 55 shots on goal by the Inferno, Texas goaltender Matt Yeats stopped 53 of them as Columbia drops to the Wildcatters 5-2. Brad Ralph scored on the power play and Lucas Drake scored for the Inferno both coming in the second period. Rob Gherson stopped 29 of the 34 shots he faced.

Sunday, November 5th South Carolina Stingrays 3 - Inferno 2 (SO)

Despite holding a 2-1 lead for almost an entire period, the Columbia Inferno fell 3-2 in a shootout to the visiting South Carolina Stingrays. The Inferno is now 2-3-1-2 for seven points on the year. It was the third of eleven meetings between the two clubs this year, and the Rays have managed to get the better of the Inferno in all three contests. Owen Fussey, who has the team high of 10 shots on goal in a single game, and Chris Barr both scored even strength goals for the Inferno. Todd Ford stopped 39 of 41 shots on goal.
