Indy Fuel News Release
The Fuel wrap the 2015-16 Season with a home-and-home series against in-state rival the Fort Wayne Komets. Friday's home game is Fan Appreciation Night at Indiana Farmers Coliseum.
TEAM NOTES
- Justin Hussar made his professional debut for the Fuel on Sunday, skating to a +1 rating with one shot and no points.
- Terry Shafer made his first pro appearance in the third period against Cincinnati on Thursday and first pro start Friday against Fort Wayne.
- Daniel Ciampini has six assists and nine points in his last five games for the Fuel.
- Indy finishes the season series 7-2-1-0 against the Mallards and 7-4-0-0 versus the Cyclones.
- Rob De Fulviis made his pro debut at Cincinnati Thursday night, recording no points or PIMs and an even rating.
PAINT THE ICE
Season Ticket Plan holders are invited to help paint the Indiana Farmers Coliseum ice surface prior to the final home game of the season! Season Ticket Plan holders can come anytime from 6-10 on Wednesday, April 8 and draw a picture, write your name or leave a message on the ice, then view your masterpiece from the stands on Fan Appreciation Night as the Fuel take on Fort Wayne! Access for the paint the ice event is free and included in the Season Ticket book. All materials will be provided, and participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for painting.
FAN APPRECIATION NIGHT
The Fuel extend a stick tap to the greatest fans in the ECHL for the final regular season home game of 2015-16 on Friday, April 8! The Fuel will take on the Fort Wayne Komets on fan-painted ice, and will be conducting special giveaways, contests and games all night long.
INDY FUEL LIVE
The next installment of Indy Fuel Live will be on Tuesday, April 5. Broadcast live from Sinking Ship 2 at 4825 East 96th Street 6-7 pm, Indy Fuel Live will feature Fuel head coach Bernie John and Fuel players each week. The show will air on Indy Fuel flagship station CBS Sports 1430 AM and streamed via www.cbssports1430.com or the TuneIn Radio app for your smartphone and tablet.
Those attending the show live will have a chance to help BattleLymes disease by making a $10 donation to the Green Army and the BattleLymes Foundation. Each person making a donation receives a t-shirt and is entered into a drawing to win four (4) tickets to an upcoming Fuel home game.
