Individual game tickets to go on sale

(Reading, PA)- The Reading Royals Professional Hockey Club announced today that individual game tickets for all regular season home games will go on sale Tuesday, September 27, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. The Royals open their 5th Anniversary Season at home against the Kelly Cup Champion, Trenton Titans on Saturday, October 29 in the Sovereign Center at 7:05 p.m. Single game tickets for opening night, as well as, October and November games will be on sale beginning tomorrow. Due to the hurricanes in the South, the ECHL is evaluating schedule-changing possibilities with member clubs for the remainder of the season.

The Royals offer three convenient ways to purchase individual game tickets:

Visit the Sovereign Center Box Office located at 700 Penn Street in downtown Reading. The Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Visit the following TicketMaster Outlets in Berks County: Boscov's North, Berkshire Mall, Wyomissing, PA 19610 Boscov's East, 4500 Perkiomen Ave., Reading, PA 19606 Boscov's West, Fairgrounds Square Mall, 3050 N. 5th Street Hwy., Reading, PA 19605

Ticket prices range from $7 to $17.50 depending on seat location.

The Royals will begin the 2005-06 season with a pair of preseason games with the defending Kelly Cup Champion, Trenton Titans. On Saturday, October 15 the two clubs will meet in Monmouth, New Jersey, then battle again two days later on Monday, October 17 in the Body Zone Sports and Fitness Complex.

The Royals 5th Anniversary Season officially begins at home in the Sovereign Center on Saturday, October 29 against the Titans. The Royals will raise the North Division regular season championship banner prior to the drop of the puck.
