Indians Add Five Telecasts on WHMB-TV 40

INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indianapolis Indians have added five additional games to the telecast schedule on WHMB-TV 40, it was announced today by General Manager Cal Burleson. The additional broadcasts will give central Indiana residents the opportunity to watch the Indians 12 times this season, including three times on the road.
The first game added to the TV schedule will be Friday, May 9 when the Indians host Buffalo at 7 p.m. The Tribe's game with Toledo at Victory Field on Friday, June 6 will also be televised. The three road contests which will be aired on TV-40 are Tuesday, June 3, Wednesday, August 6 and Thursday, August 21.
