Durham, NC- Jason Tyner singled in Scott Neuberger in the seventh inning with the eventual game-winning run to give the Durham Bulls a 3-2 win over the Rochester Red Wings on Monday night at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park. The win snaps the Bulls three-game losing streak.

Gabby Martinez hit his first Triple-A home run in the first inning to give the Bulls a 1-0 lead. Chad Mottola went 2-for-4 with his fourth home run in the fourth inning and Tyner and Jason Smith each contributed two hits.

RHP Todd Williams (1-0) picked up his first win of the season with one and 1/3 innings of hitless relief. Lee Gardner picked up his seventh save of the season by retiring David Lamb with runners on first and third to end the game.

Chad Green went 1-for-4 with an RBI for the Red Wings. Jeff Deardorff and Justin Morneau added a hit and a run scored. RHP Everett Stull (2-4) was the losing pitcher after allowing three runs (earned) and nine hits over seven innings. He walked none and struck out two.
