
Indiana Pacers Sign Trey McKinney Jones

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - The Indiana Pacers announced today they have signed Fort Wayne Mad Ants guard Trey McKinney Jones to a 10-day contract.
McKinney Jones is the first player in the history of the Fort Wayne Mad Ants to earn a 10-day contract from the Pacers.
He also joins forward Alex Poythress as the only Mad Ants players to earn a call up from the parent club.
On Feb. 8, McKinney Jones was one of 14 players selected to participate in USA Basketball's FIBA World Cup Qualifying Team training camp and compete against the Mexico National Team in the 2018 NBA G League International Challenge presented by Kumho Tire.
In 26 games this season, McKinney Jones averaged 11.4 points, 3.0 rebounds and 2.8 assists in 26.8 minutes per contest for the Mad Ants.
He made his 2017-18 season debut on Dec. 2 after sustaining a left shoulder injury in the offseason.
The Mad Ants take on the Wisconsin Herd tonight at 8 p.m. The game will be streamed on Facebook.
