Club de Foot Montreal News Release
MONTREAL - The Montreal Impact unveiled its rosters for all five Pre-Academy teams (U8, U9, U10, U11 and U12), with official activities set to begin next week.
Following a few weeks of training, the Pre-Academy teams will play their first games over the weekend of May 3 against Celtix du Haut-Richelieu, before playing at the Stade Saputo synthetic field for the following three weekends hosting the Ottawa Royals Futuro, Olympique CRSA and Verdun.
The 85 players that make up the five Pre-Academy teams will benefit from the expertise of qualified coaches, instructing their teams based on the values established throughout the entire organization.
The Impact's Pre-Academy aims to develop its young players from Montreal and the surrounding area, offering them a full season of coaching, including two to four training sessions and games per week, conditional on the age group and the time of year.
