IceDogs Trade Jenkins to Kingston for Draft Picks

Niagara IceDogs General Manager and Head Coach Marty Williamson announced this morning that forward Billy Jenkins has been traded to the Kingston Frontenacs.

The IceDogs send Jenkins and a 10th round pick in 2015 to Kingston in exchange for Guelph's 2nd round pick in 2012, Windsor's 8th round pick in 2013 & Niagara's own 3rd round pick in 2014.

Jenkins was the IceDogs 2nd round pick, 25th overall in the 2010 OHL Priority Selection and picked up three goals and eight assists in 73 career games with the IceDogs over the past season and a half.

The entire IceDogs organization would like to thank Billy for his contributions to the team and we wish him all the best with his future in Kingston.
