ICE Select 12 Players in 2022 WHL Prospects Draft

The Winnipeg ICE are proud to announce 12 players were added to the organization today during the 2022 WHL Prospects Draft.
Among the players selected were defenceman Ayden Collins and goaltender Justin Perreault, both of Winnipeg.
Winnipeg's first selection, in the fourth round 88th overall, was forward Ashton Brown. The 5'7.5", 148 pound forward from Sherwood Park, Alberta played 34 games this past season with the Sherwood Park Flyers U15 AAA team registering 49 points (14 goals and 35 assists).

13th Round - 286th: G Griffin Wright (Edmonton SSAC U15 AAA) 22GP 11-9, 3.26, .909
The ICE return to action Friday and Saturday at the ICE Cave inside Wayne Fleming Arena hosting the Edmonton Oil Kings in the WHL's Eastern Conference Championship Series. Both games start at 7:00.
