
Houston Sends Ginand Back to Orlando

Orlando Solar Bears News Release
Orlando, FL - The Orlando Solar Bears announced today that F Ryan Ginand has been returned to the team from their American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Houston Aeros.
Ginand was called up to Houston on Thursday and played in two games with the Aeros on Thursday and Friday, both against the Oklahoma City Barons. He recorded six penalty minutes in those two games. Ginand is currently fourth on the Solar Bears in points (14) while being tied for second on the team in assists with 11. He leads the ECHL with 86 shots on goal, and has now played three games for Houston this season with three shots and six penalty minutes.
The Orlando Solar Bears return to the Amway Center for a three game series against the Fort Wayne Komets on Friday, December 7th at 7:00 p.m., Saturday, December 8th at 7:00 p.m., and Sunday, December 9th at 3:00 p.m. Good seats are still available. Visit OrlandoSolarBearsHockey.com.
The Orlando Solar Bears, the ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Minnesota Wild and AHL's Houston Aeros, are in their Out of Hibernation season and play all of their home games at the 2012 Street and Smith's Sports Business Journal Sports Facility of the Year, the Amway Center.
