Honor Your Favorite Local Military Hero at Segra Park

COLUMBIA, SC - Do you have a family member or friend who is serving or has served in the armed forces or military that you believe should be recognized for everything they've done for our country? Nominate that person to be honored as a Military Hero of the Inning at Segra Park as the Fireflies take on the Augusta GreenJackets for Military Appreciation Night Tuesday, July 2.
We'll be recognizing eight local military heroes from all branches of the military to publicly honor between innings during our game at Segra Park at 7:05 pm. You can nominate a local hero by sharing their story with us online here. Nominations are open through Sunday, June 16th. Selected heroes will be contacted by a Fireflies staff member after nominations have closed.
