New Hampshire Fisher Cats News Release
MANCHESTER, N.H. - The following is a look at what's coming to Northeast Delta Dental Stadium during our next three game homestand. Next week, the Fisher Cats will host the Altoona Curve, the Pittsburgh Pirates Double-A affiliate. This is the last time the teams will see each other this season and all of the games will begin at 7:05 p.m.
OPPONENT
Altoona is currently 24-39 and sits in last place in the Western Division. Last year the Fisher Cats went 0-6 against the Curve but their record this year has already improved. The teams met for the first time at the end of May for a three game series in Altoona where the Fisher Cats came away with the 3-0 series win.
ALTOONA CURVE PROSPECTS
Nick Kingham RHP- Kingham is in his second season with Altoona and ranked as the No.8 overall prospect in the Pirates organization according to MLB.com. This season he is only 1-7, but has an ERA of 3.04. He's walked 25 and struck out 54. His fastball hits mid-90 regularly and it all comes from a 6-foot-5 frame with clean delivery. Alen Hanson SS- Ranked as the No.5 overall prospect in the Pirates organization according to MLB.com, Hanson has constantly progressed in his first two full-seasons. This is his second season with Altoona and so far he's been able to hit for an average of .268 with 6 home runs, 34 RBI, and 12 stolen bases. He's a switch hitter with fast hands that help him square up on balls consistently.

Tuesday June 17: The Fisher Cats and Coca-Cola honor the State Championship winners from NHIAA High Schools throughout New Hampshire! Also, Northeast Delta Dental rewards children's good dental habits with free tickets to the Fisher Cats and a pre-game parade. Wednesday June 18: The first 1,000 kids (12 & under) will receive a free Fisher Cats baseball, courtesy of Mt. Washington Assurance Corp.! Thursday June 19: Stay post-game for spectacular Atlas Fireworks!
