All hockey players know the real heart and soul of every team belongs to the players' moms. The moms who log long hours in the car driving to and from the rink and cook up hearty meals after a long practice. The billet moms who take care of hockey players as if they were their own, and the moms who are up at the crack of dawn to be there in the stands cheering on their players from initiation all the way to the pros!

Want to give back to a hard-working hockey mom? Nominate her for the Just for You Day Spa Hockey Mom of the Month Award!

To nominate a mom you know, send the Blades a short (30-60 seconds) video telling us:

Which hockey mom you're nominating

Why they deserve to be the Hockey Mom of the Month

A short story of something they've done to empower/encourage hockey players

After filming your video, there are 3 ways to submit your video nomination:

Send the video to the Blades' Facebook page via Facebook Messenger

Send the video via email to the Blades at info@saskatoonblades.com

OR upload the video to your Youtube channel and message the link to the Blades' Facebook page or at info@saskatoonblades.com

The Saskatoon Blades will select a winner at the end of each month with the winner being presented at the last home game of every month.

Each Hockey Mom of the Month winner will receive the following from Just For You Day Spa:
